A Class X Student hanged herself from a ceiling fan at Malyada village of Nellimarla mandal in Vizianagaram district after her neighbour filmed her nude while she was taking her bath. Although this incident took place on March 7th, The news came to light only on Wednesday after the parents of the Dalit Girl lodged a police complaint. M Mahesh (22), the girl's neighbour, filmed her naked and sent the videos & photos to friends from the Internet Cafe owned by his another Friend K Ramesh (25).

Mahesh and Ramesh blackmailed the Girl for sexual favours by threatening to post the obscene video online. As a result, The Teenage Girl ended her life at her home few days ago.

When the Girl's Parents brought this matter to the notice of Village Heads, The 2 Accused and the Man who supported them were asked to pay Rs 30,000 each to the Girl's Family as compensation. However, The Girl's Parents refused to accept money and finally lodged a complaint. A criminal case has been registered against the trio and investigation is under progress.
