Chitoor: Special Protection Force(SPF) constable created a lot of nuisance in Srikala Kalahasthi. The constable pounded Lathi stick on head of a devotee. The incident took place while the constable was posted at duty to control the crowd.


The devotee immediately lost his consciousness and was being admitted in the hospital for treatment.  The home town of the victim is Dharmavaram in Ananthapur district.
